About the Role Reporting to the Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in assembling our innovative magnet-free electric motors for both serial and pre-serial production. As an Assembly Operator, you’ll work alongside a manufacturing team, contributing to shared goals and production targets. What will you do Assemble electric motors, transmissions, and associated sub-assemblies using hand tools and machinery Comply with health & safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment Interrogate and understand engineering drawings Adhere to standard operating procedures to meet quality standards Inspect and test components throughout the process to ensure product conformance Complete documentation (written & electronic) for traceability and record keeping Meet output targets and contribute to continuous improvement What are we looking for Education/Qualifications Required: GCSE’S in Maths & English or equivalent Basic computer literacy required Experience Required: Previous experience of working in a factory / assembly environment is essential Familiarity with hand tools and assembly equipment Skills & Attributes Required: Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail Willingness to learn and grow Enthusiastic and proactive attitude Team player with effective communication skills What you will work & earn 5-hour week.
