About the Role
Reporting to the UK Marketing Manager, this position will see you take the lead of all online brand activity, as well as contributing to the wider marketing plans. You will lead digital content, media planning and execution, email campaign management, and web development.
Key Responsibilities
•Responsible for developing annual digital marketing plans with clearly defined objectives and budget, ensuring alignment with broader business plans and initiatives.
•Lead media execution of all online marketing campaigns across selected social channels and PPC activation to engage with relevant target audiences. Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to enhance performance.
•Support the development of Beaphar websites and online training academy in collaboration with central marketing and manage local content.
•Develop email campaigns, that inspire, inform and engage our retailer audiences.
•Lead content creation with graphic design and marketing teams for all e-commerce assets to enhance our digital shelf.
•Manage digital marketing budgets in collaboration with all key stakeholders ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
•Monitor, analyse and report campaign data monthly, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
About You
•You will have a minimum of 3 years’ digital marketing experience.
•Proven ability of integrated campaign execution and management across social and PPC. Highly capable of building strategies with strong analytical skills to interpret data and support data-driven decisions that have a focus on ROI.
•Previous experience in any website content management system.
•Comfortable using tools such as Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Meta Ads manager, Looker studio (FKA Google data studio).
•Strong attention to detail and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
•A great attitude, someone who is fun to work with and passionate about evolving and growing the Beaphar brand online.
