The Role
This fixed-term contract role involves leading the learning component during the rollout and integration of our new CRM and telephony platform. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure effective adoption and maximize the benefits of the new systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the successful deployment of the new CRM and telephony systems through targeted learning initiatives.
2. Design and deliver engaging training sessions to build user confidence and competence.
3. Collaborate with the Learning Content Developer to create blended learning materials, including e-learning modules, guides, simulations, and instructor-led sessions.
4. Develop onboarding and upskilling programs for impacted roles.
5. Conduct induction sessions for new staff on system use.
6. Identify specific learning needs and develop tailored learning paths.
7. Provide real-time support during go-live and act as a first responder for system users.
8. Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning approaches.
9. Support change management activities to promote system adoption.
10. Utilize communication platforms to promote awareness and learning momentum.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Experience in designing and delivering IT or software training, including CRM and telephony solutions.
* Ability to simplify technical information into accessible learning materials.
* Support learners with varying digital skills effectively.
* Strong coaching, feedback, and advisory skills in Learning & Development.
* Creativity and agility in engaging learners using diverse tools and methods.
* Digital content creation and development skills.
* Learning and Development qualification.
* Coaching qualification.
