Arcus FM is looking to recruit a Quality Assurance Advisor for a 1-year FTC. The role involves implementing and improving the Group Integrated Management System, providing assurance, governance, and process improvement to operational and support teams. The position also includes maintaining the internal audit programme.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will assist the Quality Assurance Lead Business Partner with certifications, accreditations, and registrations to support the business's growth. Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering the Group Integrated Management System (IMS) strategy through audits and engagement
* Building and maintaining relationships with certification and registration bodies
* Assisting with RFIs and timely submissions
* Maintaining and hosting external audits and resolving audit findings
* Undertaking internal audits as per the Audit Programmes
* Developing relationships with key stakeholders
* Rebranding documentation and maintaining quality control over company documents
* Uploading documents to company libraries
* Supporting HSQE objectives and strategy with the Quality Assurance Manager
* Staying updated with legislation, best practices, and CPD
* Driving continual process improvements within HSQE, Operational, and Support teams
* Developing workflows and process documentation to support improvements
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience in auditing, quality management, investigations, and data management. Knowledge of the wider HSEQ environment is a plus. Additional requirements include:
* Knowledge of ISO standards, especially ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 22301:2019, ISO 27001:2022 (desirable)
* Recognised auditing qualification (e.g., IRCA, BSI) (desirable)
* Membership of Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) (desirable)
* Qualification in process improvement (desirable)
* Experience working in a multi-client environment
* Understanding of HSQE regulations in the UK
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
* Experience with internal and external audits
* Experience developing and maintaining policies and procedures
* Ability to define and influence strategy aligned with business goals (desirable)
