Key Details
* Location: Wellingborough, Northamptonshire
* Contract: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
* Salary: £29,641.01 to £34,946.27 (depending on experience) + call out + overtime

Your Responsibilities
As a Ganger, you will lead a dedicated maintenance team, tackling a variety of complex tasks. Your day-to-day will include:
* Safeguarding and operating specialist equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and compliance with PUWER regulations.
* Performing repairs on highways assets, including carriageways, footways, kerbs, and more.
* Providing guidance and training to colleagues while adhering to Kier’s Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards.
* Managing daily operations to ensure a safe working environment for both staff and the public.
* Conducting risk assessments to maintain safety and proper working procedures.
* Planning work using technical documents and ensuring high-quality standards are met.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you can:
* Lead teams effectively and thrive under pressure.
* Hold an SMSTS/SSSTS or similar qualification.
* Drive and possess a full driving license.
