We are seeking a Clinical Negligence Lawyer to join a legal practice with a strong presence across Essex and beyond. This is an excellent opportunity to join a clinical negligence department with exposure to an interesting caseload and enjoy a flexible and collaborative working environment. From birth injury claims and surgical errors to misdiagnosis and care home negligence, you'll be trusted to manage your own caseload of litigated and pre-litigated files with the full support of experienced secretarial and administrative staff. The role offers high-quality, varied work across a diverse client base, while giving you the platform to further develop your expertise within a recognised and respected team. Manage a caseload of clinical negligence claims, both pre and post litigation
Draft letters of claim, witness statements and other key legal documentation
Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2+ years' PQE
Demonstrable interest or experience in clinical negligence law
