Exciting new opportunity for an enthusiastic, well-organised Customer Service Assistant to join a growing, ambitious business in Witham.
Friendly working hours (9am-5pm, Mon-Fri) and excellent pay (up to £26k, dependent on experience).

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Assistant
* First point of contact for incoming calls and enquiries
* Manage the sales inbox
* Qualify incoming leads and ensure they are efficiently passed on to the Sales team
* Provide accurate information and guidance to customers regarding product portfolio, services, and orders
* Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally and promptly
* Provide administrative support to the Sales Team: arrange samples, complete quotation requests, action brochure requests, book appointments for sales and showroom visits, and offer relevant alternatives to customers
* Keep customer information up-to-date within our system (Business Central)
* Cross-train to support the Order Processing team
Skills & Experience Required
* Previous experience in Customer Service essential
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities and exceptional attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
* Experience with using and utilising systems is desirable
* Able to prioritise workload both individually and as part of a team
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
