Registered Nurse - Nursing Home experience essential

Knowledge of dementia and complex care is also important. Other skills required include clinical decision-making, care planning, syringe driver experience, catheterisation, bloods, peg feed, stoma care, and a good understanding of the Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty.
