BettingJobs are working with a UK focused sports betting company. They are UKGC licensed operator who are looking for an Affiliate Manager to join their team based remotely in the UK.
Responsibilities:
* Identify, recruit, and onboard new UK-focused affiliate partners.
* Build strong, long-term relationships with affiliates, ensuring consistent communication and support.
* Negotiate and manage commercial terms, commission structures, and bespoke campaigns.
* Monitor affiliate performance daily, ensuring ROI targets and acquisition KPIs are achieved.
* Analyse and report on affiliate activity, identifying opportunities for optimisation.
* Use analytics tools and dashboards to track performance.
* Collaborate with marketing and design teams to deliver creative assets and campaigns tailored for affiliates.
* Ensure affiliates are promoting current offers, events, and responsible gambling messaging.
* Support cross-channel promotions around major sporting events.
* Ensure all affiliate activity fully complies with UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) and ASA/CAP Code requirements.
* Conduct regular affiliate audits and monitor advertising placements.
* Maintain accurate records and reporting for regulatory purposes.
* Contribute to acquisition strategy and budget planning.
* Evaluate affiliate performance against market benchmarks.
* Stay up to date with UK betting trends, competitive analysis, and emerging affiliate technologies.
Requirements:
* 2+ years’ experience in affiliate management within sports betting, iGaming, or online gaming.
* Strong understanding of UKGC compliance and responsible gambling advertising.
* Proven track record of managing CPA, Rev Share, and Hybrid deals.
* Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and affiliate tracking platforms.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
* Knowledge of key UK sports and betting markets.
* Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Nice to have:
* Experience with affiliate tracking software (e.g. Income Access, MyAffiliates, NetRefer).
* Understanding of CRM and player value analytics.
* Previous experience working in a regulated UK operator.
* Exposure to casino or cross-vertical affiliates (sports + casino).
