We’re looking for a Spares Stores Operative to play a key role in managing spare parts, supporting projects, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations in Kettering. What You’ll Be Doing No two days are the same. Your responsibilities will include: Receiving, booking in, and maintaining stock using SERVICE GEENI and SICON systems Picking, packing, and dispatching spare parts (UK & international), including photographic records Managing project spares for installation teams Liaising with accounts, project purchasing, suppliers, and third-party storage providers Controlling warranty returns and supplier repairs Carrying out weekly and quarterly inventory audits Expediting overdue or priority parts Producing reports and maintaining a clear audit trail Supporting warehouse KPIs, audits, and general administration Following all health & safety proceduresYou’ll also provide a 24-hour response for spare parts held at the external storage facility.
