Description Motability Operations are currently recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Prepper to join our busy, state-of-the-art refurbishment centre in Coalville on a permanent basis. This is a high-volume site with consistent work (no downtime or waiting for jobs) working on a modern vehicle fleet using the latest equipment and materials. What youll be doing: Preparing panels ready for primer and paint Masking and sheeting vehicles to a high standard Carrying out panel preparation and minor repairs Applying primer and supporting the paint process Delivering right-first-time prep work to reconditioning standards Due to the nature of this role we will require you on-site in Coalville 5-days per week.
