What you’ll be doing In this role, you’ll be at the centre of delivering a responsive, high-quality repairs service, combining field-based activity with coordination and communication. You will: • Work across our housing portfolio, supporting the delivery of reactive and planned repairs • Take ownership of a varied caseload, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and to a high standard • Build strong relationships with residents, providing a calm, professional approach and clear communication • Use digital and smart systems to capture information and keep work progressing smoothly • Coordinate with colleagues, contractors, and partners to deliver the best outcomes • Manage your own diary and workload, balancing site activity with follow-up actions What you’ll bring We’re looking for people who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and take pride in delivering high-quality outcomes.
