Job Description
An established business within the HVAC and refrigeration sector is currently seeking an experienced HSQE Advisor on a full-time permanent basis to join their central support team based in Dartford, although you can work from home, visiting customer sites from there across the South. You can live anywhere in the South ideally close to Southampton or Reading so you can attend the local office.
You will need to enjoy travelling as you will visit manufacturing and customer sites across the South frequently with some overnight stays.
This position plays a key role in maintaining and developing effective Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental management systems, ensuring full compliance with legislation and industry best practice across the business. You will work closely with management, project teams and site personnel to identify hazards, reduce risk and support consistent compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities as HSQE Advisor
1. Support the HSQE Manager with the maintenance and improvement of HSQE management systems
2. Implement, monitor and review HSQE procedures, documentation and reporting processes
3. Provide technical advice to directors, managers, employees and subcontractors
4. Support project delivery to ensure full CDM compliance, including Client, Principal Contractor and Principal Designer duties
