Your future duties and responsibilities: In this role, you will act as the key liaison between technical teams, business units, and stakeholders, ensuring AIOps initiatives are well-defined, aligned, and successfully delivered. You will translate complex operational and technical needs into actionable requirements, manage roadmaps, and support project delivery through effective governance and Agile practices. You will work across a diverse ecosystem of observability, monitoring, and automation tools, identifying opportunities to improve incident response, data insights, and operational outcomes. With strong stakeholder engagement and project management, you’ll help shape strategies that drive innovation, reduce complexity, and deliver measurable value for our clients and their operations. Key responsibilities include: Engage & Translate: Lead workshops, elicit requirements, and turn technical needs into clear deliverables. Drive & Deliver: Manage backlogs, dependencies, and project artefacts using Azure DevOps. Analyse & Align: Map tooling usage, identify integration opportunities, and define KPIs. Innovate & Improve: Support AI/ML-driven use cases such as anomaly detection and root cause analysis. Govern & Enable: Ensure alignment with enterprise standards, compliance, and change management processes. Collaborate & Influence: Build strong relationships across service lines, platform teams, and senior stakeholders. Required qualifications to be successful in this role: To succeed in this role, you should bring proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT Operations, DevOps, or Platform Engineering, with strong stakeholder engagement skills and a track record of delivering complex initiatives. Hands-on knowledge of observability tools, Agile practices, and Azure DevOps will be key, alongside the ability to communicate clearly and manage change effectively. Essential qualifications: Proven Business Analysis experience in IT Operations, DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (backlogs, dashboards, Agile collaboration) Knowledge of observability/monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry) Demonstrable project management skills with Agile delivery experience Familiarity with AIOps concepts such as event correlation, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics.
