Lab Technician – Lathom, UK
Salary: £24,000-£32,000 (DOE)

This company leads their industry globally. They are looking to add a permanent member to their R&D Lab team to continue their excellent progress with decarbonising and improving upon their products.
In this role you will carry out tests on newly developed products to assess their fit for purpose. The day job will be taking these newly developed products, testing their composition to ensure they're fit for testing, then subjecting samples to both chemical and mechanical testing. There will be a large record keeping element in this position as well as some MS Office work – spreadsheets, data manipulation and SharePoint will play a large part.
The ideal candidate will have experience within a Lab Environment, have an analytical mindset, and be computer literate. Candidates must be commutable to the Lathom area on a daily basis, have full right to work and remain in the UK, and have good communication skills (verbal and written).

* Carrying out Chemical and Mechanical tests on new products
* Recording findings, data, and spotting anomalies in testing
* Data Manipulation and spreadsheet work
* Onsite in their Lathom-based Lab
