✅ Create unforgettable experiences: Go beyond the transaction. Ask the right questions, style full looks, and build baskets with accessories and care kits - think a typical Footasylum Sales Assistant, but with Jordan attitude.
✅ Be the Jordan expert: Learn the stories behind every silhouette, the tech that drives performance, and the culture that makes Jordan iconic. We’ll train you to become a Jordan Brand Ambassador.
✅ Host the hype: Own the energy of exclusive drops, styling sessions, and in-store activations. Make every launch feel like an event.
✅ Own your targets: Drive sales, hit KPIs, and celebrate wins as a team.
✅ Keep the space premium: Maintain flawless visual standards and stock accuracy - because details matter when you’re representing a legend.

📅 Recruitment process

2. Group 'Retail Lab' experience - show us your product passion and service skills in a group interview setting. (w/c Sunday 1st February)
