* Support Earned Value Management (EVM) by integrating cost, schedule, and scope data
* Track performance, identify delays or deviations, and develop mitigation plans
* Facilitate baseline change control and produce “what-if” scenarios
* Work closely with project managers, technical leads, and external stakeholders to ensure delivery against schedule
* Integrate Agile and Waterfall plans into overarching programme schedules
* Generate regular reports and dashboards to support visibility, control, and decision-making
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in project planning/scheduling
* Practical knowledge of Schedule Risk Analysis, Earned Value Analysis, and baseline change control

* Strong understanding of project lifecycle, resource planning, and cost estimation
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – able to work with stakeholders at all levels
* Highly organised, adaptable, and confident managing multiple priorities under pressure
* SC Clearance eligible (or currently cleared) and right to work in the UK
Desirable Qualifications:
* Certifications such as PMP, PMI-SP, PRINCE2, or similar
