This is a permanent part time role 20 hours per week Monday - Friday 4 hours per day.
Responsibilities:
1. Typing reports and correspondence including collating electronic documents
2. Reception duties and welcoming visitors
3. Communications with building facilities management team
4. Telephone answering and message taking
5. Support services for staff, including travel and hotel booking, appointments and diary management
6. Filing and dealing with archiving including scanning of documents
7. Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
8. Keeping meeting room facilities in good order, including preparing tea and coffee etc.
9. Monitoring supplies of stationery, postage, consumables and refreshments, ordering items as required, and keeping supplies in good order
10. To ensure maximum flexibility and to reflect the Company's evolving needs, you may be asked to perform additional tasks that may be reasonably expected within your level of capability without additional remuneration.
Person Specification:
11. Organisational skills
12. Accurate typing, numeracy and data entry
13. Experience of using O365 including Microsoft Word and Excel
14. Good verbal and written communication skills
15. Ability to work as part of a team
16. Attention to detail
17. First aid qualification is beneficial, although training will be given
Salary and Benefits:
18. £13,250 - £14,000 based on 20 hours per week (£26,500 - £28,000 FTE)
