📍 Locations: Telford, Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton
🕒 Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week)

A leading regional law firm is seeking experienced and motivated Private Property Lawyers to join its growing Residential Conveyancing team across multiple office locations in Telford, Shrewsbury, and Wolverhampton.

Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters including:
* Freehold & leasehold sales/purchases
* Remortgages
* Transfers of equity
* New build transactions
* Liaising confidently with clients, agents, referrers, and third parties
* Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal standards
* Supporting business development and client relationship management
About You:
* Minimum 3 years PQE or equivalent experience in a reputable firm
* Strong technical knowledge of residential property transactions
* Organised, detail-focused, and able to work independently
* Comfortable with case management systems and Microsoft Office
* Knowledge of Landlord & Tenant matters and lease extensions (preferred but not essential)
* Clear understanding of the Solicitors Code of Conduct & AML regulations
