Commercial Account Handler - Leicester - Up to £35,000

This is a role for an experienced commercial handler who's ready to stop just processing and start owning. You'll manage a portfolio of SME clients across multiple classes, with the support of a close-knit team and a brokerage that invests in the people it brings in.

Location: Leicester
What you'll be doing
* Managing renewals and MTAs across a portfolio of cross-class SME clients
* Taking real ownership of a combined SME book with a focus on strong client retention
* Making proactive contact with clients ahead of renewals
* Working closely with Account Executives to ensure clients are properly looked after
What they're looking for
* Solid experience in commercial insurance handling
* A client-first approach to broking - someone who builds relationships, not just processes policies
* Acturis experience ideal but not essential
* Cert CII beneficial but not required
