About The Role:
Days of Working: Monday to Friday
We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced FP&A Manager to join our finance team. The candidate will oversee Financial Planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis, delivering actionable insights to support our strategic and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities include:
1. Preparing monthly business reports for UKI, including P&L, cash flow, and other KPIs, providing stakeholders with insight and analysis. Stakeholders include directors, senior management, the CFO, group Head office, and shareholders.
2. Leading the annual budget process, setting timelines, preparing assumptions, producing templates, and managing delivery. Ensuring accuracy and understanding variances, while improving process efficiency.
3. Transitioning the budgeting process from Excel to dedicated software, including researching solutions and overseeing implementation.
4. Developing insightful FP&A reporting strategies, working closely with commercial finance teams to provide timely, valuable information.
5. Preparing forecast figures, working with teams to understand variances, and quantifying risks and opportunities.
6. Reconciling results between local systems and group consolidation, ensuring accuracy of EBITDA, cash, and key metrics monthly.
7. Enhancing the quality of financial data used for reporting.
8. Supporting business growth through tender reporting and stakeholder analysis.
9. Managing and developing a team of 2 colleagues, fostering a culture of development, coaching, and empowerment.
Candidate Requirements:
* Right to work in the UK.
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
* Proven FP&A experience.
* Knowledge of ERP software.
Additional Details:
We operate a hybrid working policy requiring at least three days in the office weekly.
