We are looking for a Call Center Team Leader to join one of our clients on a contract basis, supporting the across a range of lead generation and networking activities.
You’ll be responsible for monitoring KPIs, networking via telephone, gathering warm leads and following them up before passing them on to the sales team. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, organised and a team player, no sales experience needed!

Job Description
* Work with and manage the lead generation team, providing day-to-day support
* Delegate regions to the team, calling contacts and building rapport to generate warm leads
* Monitor and meet KPI’s, ensuring information is correctly uploaded onto the CRM system
* Use strong communication skills to network with new and existing clients

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
* Excellent communication abilities and comfortable speaking on the phone
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ideally previous experience with people management (not essential)
