Your tasks Act as the main interface to the customer: Process all types of quotes, enquiries and orders and respond to them within 24hours. Receive and process/distribute different kind of customer enquiries (technical, commercial, quality) and collaborate with different departments across the company. Understand future customer needs and market trends (project pipeline, forecasts) Proactively liaise with other departments (cross-border) to ensure that internal & external customer’s requirements are met at all times Maintain accurate and up to date files for all your business documents and correspondence Initiate and follow up actions to requests arising from related departments (Field Sales, Application Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Finance) Continuous improvement: Ensure returns related to sales office errors are kept to an absolute minimum, and where appropriate initiate corrective actions to ensure no repeats of the same type of error occurs. Ensure that all responsibilities under your remit are compliant with HS documented processes at all times Carry out any other reasonable duties as required by your Line Manager Your profile Experience : Working experience in an international company, preferably in industrial manufacturing environment At least 2 years experience working in a customer facing support role and/or sales position Prior SAP knowledge Skills : Profound technical understanding and knowledge Numerate SAP knowledge Understanding of planning / international supply chain networks Computer literate (Microsoft Office) Personal Qualification : Excellent Team player Positive and open minded character with hands-on/can-do mentality Customer oriented Good communication skills (written and oral) Good organisational skills Proactive Problem solving attitude Accurate and good attention to detail.
