My client. a leading regional Legal practice are looking to recruit a Senior Associate (ideally 5+ years PQE) to join their growing Corporate team. Working closely with partners, this role offers extensive direct client interaction and involvement in a variety of stimulating projects.
Job responsibilities:
* Working on M&A transactions for both domestic and international clients.
* Overseeing VC/PE investment endeavours for clients across borders.
* Proficient drafting of essential documents including sale and purchase agreements, subscription and shareholder agreements.
* Guiding group structuring and restructuring initiatives.
* Orchestrating joint venture endeavours.
* Engaging in general corporate advisory tasks.
Person Specification:
* Qualified Corporate lawyer with substantial experience from a reputable practice (5+ years PQE)
* Demonstrable expertise in Corporate M&A, Re-organisations, Transactions
* Proven track record of hands-on involvement in relevant legal work.
* Exceptional project management and time management abilities.
* Confidence and professionalism in client interactions.
