In this full-time role, you’ll play a pivotal part in shaping our customer journey strategy and optimizing our CRM systems to support marketing and sales excellence.
As our CRM & Commercial Analytics Specialist, you will:
* Champion a customer-centric approach by ensuring a consistent and smooth experience across all touchpoints and stages of the customer journey.
* Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Executive and cross-functional teams to assess and enhance customer interactions across channels and platforms.
* Design and deliver exceptional customer experiences through all marketing activities.
* Act as the Salesforce expert for KWS UK, promoting system adoption and best practices across internal teams.
* Optimize the CRM system (Salesforce) in alignment with marketing and sales requirements.
* Provide hands-on support to internal teams for efficient CRM usage.
* Ensure GDPR compliance and uphold data governance standards.
We’re looking for a proactive and analytical professional with:
* Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer journey marketing and/or CRM.
* Advanced proficiency in analytical tools such as Google Analytics and CRM platforms.
* Strong understanding of customer engagement, retention, and loyalty strategies.
* Experience in project management and campaign execution.
* UK-based and available to work from our Thriplow office at least three days per week.
