Description
As a Customer Care Advisor you will work within the remortgage department, assisting clients with their transactions. You will support the caseload, be the front‑line contact for clients, and provide excellent support and guidance on a range of queries. You will chase up documents, process them as required, update the case management system, liaise with banks and third‑party partners, and work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless process.
Profile
* Previous customer service experience, ideally from retail or hospitality.
* A confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and prioritise a high volume caseload.
* Passionate about helping and supporting customers.
* Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
* An excellent team player.
