Manage follow-on work including investing money, payment of pension benefits, and moving clients into drawdown. Issue letters of authority and manage responses. Obtain illustrations for new business across a range of products and providers. Liaise regularly with advisers on ongoing cases. Collate client information and prepare suitability reports. Manage cases to completion, using internal processing systems, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
