Office Manager Weybridge £45,000 - £50,000 Monday – Friday 9am to 5.30pm Office based – this is not a hybrid role Must be a car driver, own car is not required This is to carry out occasional collections within the local area Benefits • 23 days holiday plus Bank Holiday (Christmas/New Year close down to come out of that allowance) Rises with service • Enhanced Pension Scheme • End of year bonus – based on company performance Friday drinks and fresh fruit weekly. Work social events. Our high-end Weybridge based client is looking for an experienced Office Manager to come on board. Someone who shows initiative and can think outside the box. Key Responsibilities • Day-to-day smooth running of a busy office • Look after software licences • The first point of contact for existing and prospective client enquiries, via phone • Organise insurance policies and managing vehicle leases • Order stationery and sundries • First point of contact for IT – telephone systems, office appliances, software license • A/C Maintenance • Travel Arrangements – UK/ Overseas • Christmas Party organiser • Corporate Gift organiser • Company vehicles – making sure MOT’s, Tax’s and Insurance are up to date Provide PA support as required, setting up Teams meetings, H&S requirements. Described as no two days are the same Person Specification • Excellent organisational skills with a great telephone manner • Previous experience within a similar role • Ability to work under pressure • Intermediate-Advanced on Microsoft Office packages We are looking for someone who has a can do attitude, thinks outside of the box, no job is too big or too small.
