We're on the lookout for a passionate visual storyteller to add their creativity to our team at Mission10.
As part of the role, you'll play a key part in delivering high quality video production and photography, as well as crafting compelling copy.
Working with a diverse range of B2B and B2C clients, this role requires a hybrid creator who can blend cinematic visual production with strategic copywriting to deliver impactful digital stories.
The role
Visual storytelling and production
Lead end-to-end production of high-quality photo and video assets, from storyboarding and lighting to shooting and post-production.
Develop high-impact short-form video content tailored for both organic social media and strategic campaigns.
Develop client briefs to prepare them for upcoming interviews along with handling shoot arrangements (location scouting, sourcing props and logistics).
Collaborate with the wider team to fully understand clients' campaign, messaging and strategy.
Collaborate with clients through the full process, presenting ideas, helping them understand the vision and feel comfortable in front of the camera.
Editing and post-production:
Utilise the Adobe Creative Suite to edit raw footage into polished, professional assets.
Apply a creative eye to all projects to ensure all visuals align with client brand guidelines.
Copywriting and content support
Draft engaging social media copy that supports and complements the visual content you create.
Assist in drafting long-form content, such as blog posts, newsletters and case studies.
Occasionally support social media scheduling.
Strategy and digital asset management
Regular research on visual trends and platform updates to ensure content remains effective and engaging.
Offer creative input to help refine marketing strategies and campaign concepts to help improve visual outputs.
Maintain the organisation of digital assets and ensure all project files are archived correctly.
The ideal candidate
The ideal candidate for this role has at least 2 years' experience in visual production, specifically within a B2B environment. This person must also hold a driver's license and have access to a car, as travel for filming and photography will be essential.
This role is suited to someone who would describe themselves as:
Highly capable in filming, lighting and adopts a story-first approach to their content.
Well versed in Adobe Premiere Pro and the wider Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom).
Competent in both short-form social copy and structured long-form writing.
Possesses an obsessive eye for framing, color grading and grammatical accuracy.
Able to take a simple brief and transform it into a compelling visual narrative and isn't afraid to try new ideas and concepts.
Able to manage multiple client deadlines and prioritise editing workflows in a fast-paced environment.
Leads with creativity and is constantly on the lookout for new ways to tell a story.
A team player that adopts a 'can do' attitude to offer additional support when it's needed.
