Peterborough | £75,000 - £85,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits
The Position
* Manage projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover
* Lead project teams, site managers, engineers and subcontractors
* Monitor project performance against programme and commercial objectives
* Manage procurement activities and subcontractor packages
* Attend client, consultant and site progress meetings
* Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
* Oversee commissioning, snagging and project close-out activities
* Ensure compliance with all health, safety and quality procedures
* Support commercial teams with variations and change management
* Produce regular project reports for senior management
Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience as a Mechanical Contract Manager within the Building Services sector
* Strong technical understanding of HVAC, pipework and associated mechanical systems
* Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent organisational and leadership capabilities
* Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
* Commercial awareness and experience managing project performance
* A proactive and solutions-driven approach to project delivery
