As a Sales Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the store operates efficiently and delivers an outstanding shopping experience. From maintaining high presentation standards to creating a welcoming atmosphere, you’ll represent our brand with pride and enthusiasm while prioritising health, safety, and wellbeing.
Responsibilities
* Team Collaboration: Work harmoniously with colleagues, foster an inclusive and supportive team environment, participate in discussions, and share knowledge to support staff development.
* Operational Excellence: Assist day-to-day store operations, ensure compliance with company policies, process transactions accurately, keep the sales floor clean and well-stocked, stay informed about products, promotions, and pricing, and help set up promotions and displays.
* Customer Engagement: Build connections with customers, understand needs, provide tailored solutions, address inquiries professionally, and represent the brand with enthusiasm.
* Sales & Performance: Work with the team to meet/exceed sales targets and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
