The Role
* Provide 1:1 or small group support for pupils with SEN
* Assist children with a range of needs (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH)
* Support learning, emotional regulation and social development
* Help create a safe, structured and inclusive environment
* Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and support staff
* Implement EHCP targets and personalised learning strategies

What You’ll Need
* Experience supporting children with SEN (school or similar setting)
* A patient, empathetic and resilient approach
* Strong communication and behaviour management skills
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
* The right to work in the UK

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
