Role: Salesforce Administrator Salary: £50,000 location: London - Once a month My client are working on a greenfield implementation of Sales and Service Cloud looking to onboard a passionate and eager Salesforce Administrator keen to work with the latest in workflow automation tools. This role is a mixture of BAU and project work as old systems are replaced and new systems enhanced! Key Responsibilities: Platform Configuration & Maintenance: Manage and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud to meet business needs. Automation & Workflows: Develop and maintain automation processes using Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and other tools. User Support & Training: Provide end-user support, conduct training sessions, and create documentation to enhance user adoption. Data Management: Oversee data integrity, implement validation rules, and ensure compliance with data governance standards. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions Ideal Candidate Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Salesforce Administrator, with hands-on experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) is required; additional certifications like Platform App Builder are a plus. Technical Skills: Proficient in Salesforce configuration, automation tools, and data management practices. Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
