We're working with a busy, fast-paced charity seeking an experienced Recruitment & L&D Administrator for a 3-month temporary role to support a peak period of activity.
Location: Glasgow - hybrid working (minimum 1 day in the office) – on-site parking available
Hours: 35 hours Monday to Friday
Rate: £13.33 per hour
Start date: 8th July (TBC)
Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-end recruitment admin: CV screening, interview scheduling, offer letters
* Reference checks and compliance documentation
* Supporting L&D functions: uploading courses and training data to internal systems
* General admin duties to support a busy HR team
What we’re looking for:
* Strong administrative background
* Familiarity with recruitment processes
* Able to hit the ground running and manage multiple priorities
* Confident, organized, and detail-oriented
