We are working closely with a number of welcoming primary schools across Barnsley and Sheffield who are seeking confident and adaptable HLTAs for flexible, day-to-day and short and Long term roles. The Role: Delivering planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher Supporting learning across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 Leading small group and whole-class activities Assisting with lesson planning and classroom management Supporting pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development What We’re Looking For: HLTA status or equivalent experience in primary schools Confidence working across different year groups Strong classroom and behaviour management skills A flexible, proactive, and professional approach Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply) Why Choose Flexible Work?
