Location & Hours
Location: Lewisham (with remote working options and occasional office visits)
Hours: 40 hours per week (flexibility available—just let us know!)

Your Role
As a Premises Officer, you will be at the heart of maintaining our school environments. Your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting proactive inspections and quality checks to uphold safety and functionality standards.
* Performing minor repairs and coordinating with external contractors for more complex maintenance tasks.
* Ensuring building security through regular patrols and monitoring access points.
* Supporting school activities with furniture arrangements and equipment setups.
* Responding swiftly to facilities emergencies and implementing safety measures.
