Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a cross-functional POD (media buyers, creatives, account managers) to drive strategic growth for multiple e-commerce brands.
* Develop 12-month growth roadmaps aligned to client KPIs across revenue, CAC, and acquisition targets.
* Analyse performance data to inform creative direction, media strategy, and optimisation efforts.
* Serve as the primary strategic advisor to clients, providing regular insights and growth recommendations.
* Ensure alignment across teams to deliver measurable client outcomes and drive long-term success.
Essential Experience:
* Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns on Meta
* Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and align creative with performance strategy.
* Strong understanding of e-commerce growth levers, acquisition channels, and landing page optimisation.
* High proficiency with tools like Shopify, Triple Whale, and performance analytics platforms.
* Excellent communication skills, with a track record of building trust with clients and internal teams.
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Performance Bonus
