This is a standalone role where you'll have the freedom - and the responsibility, to shape how they attract, hire, and welcome the brilliant people who make the organisation what it is.
You'll work closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues, making sure every recruitment journey feels seamless and inclusive, and that every candidate walks away with a great impression, whether they get the job or not.
What you'll be doing as a Talent Acquisition Manager :
1. Running the full recruitment process for all non-playing roles - from that first conversation to the final offer.
2. Working with our marketing team to bring the employer brand to life and showcase what makes them special.
3. Finding great people in all the right places - whether they're actively job hunting or not.
4. Making sure the recruitment processes are consistent, inclusive, and candidate-friendly.
5. Getting the best from the ATS and using data to make smart decisions.
6. Building strong relationships with agencies and other external partners.
