This is a 6-session role over 3 full days (Wednesday, Thursday & Friday).
Main duties of the job
1. Undertake consultations with a range of patients as an autonomous practitioner, taking history, carrying out physical examinations, and using clinical knowledge and judgment to identify potential diagnoses.
2. Utilise clinical knowledge and experience to provide competent care meeting the health and social care needs of patients.
3. Ensure all treatments provided are based on evidence and best practice.
4. Assist in clinical audits and the setting and monitoring of service standards.
5. Keep accurate and up-to-date records of patient consultations using appropriate clinical software.
