We’re looking for a warm-hearted Personal Assistant to support a vibrant 18-year-old woman with ADHD, learning disabilities, and fetal alcohol spectrum disorder. She’s full of energy, loves the outdoors, and enjoys great conversation — and she’s looking for the right person to help her explore new activities and be part of her journey.
About the Role
As her Personal Assistant, you'll be:
• Helping her access the local community
• Joining her on walks, picnics, or to the cinema
• Supporting outings like swimming, shopping, and meals out
• Encouraging new hobbies and fun, engaging activities
• Offering companionship and understanding in quieter moments too
She’s happy to take the bus, though a driver is preferred to help avoid busy, overwhelming situations.

What You’ll Need
• A kind, friendly, and reliable nature
• Experience in care is a bonus – but not essential
• PVG Membership (or willingness to apply)
• Willingness to learn – hoist training can be provided
