Job Title: Production Team Leader - Dayshift

Contract: Full Time / Permanent
Role Reports to: Kevin Rodger - Operations Manager

Responsibilities
* Support bottling production teams to meet health, safety, quality standards, and production targets.
* Foster continuous improvement and exemplary behaviour within the team.
* Lead and coordinate with other departments to optimize production performance.
* Manage resources and absence; develop skills and ensure adherence to SOPs where applicable.
* Ensure quality checks align with standards and meet production and customer service targets.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience in working in an FMCG environment.
* Experience with implementing change and introducing new processes.
Knowledge
* Knowledge of BRC, ISO and OHSAS frameworks.
* Knowledge of CI procedures.
* Knowledge of 5S and other GMP practices/techniques.
* Knowledge of business management systems.
Skills
* Strong interpersonal skills; effective team worker, influencer, communicator, and motivator.
* Excellent collaborator with peers and stakeholders; able to maintain transparent relations.
* Good communication skills across all levels, including experience in a union environment.
* Strong engagement and empowerment capabilities.
