An award-winning Top Tier Contractor, experiencing continuous growth and an enviable client base throughout the UK&I, is seeking amissioning Manager to manage themissioning processes for a multi-million-pound major healthcare project in Belfast.
Your new role
1. Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of all M&Emissioning activities on the project(s), ensuring successfulpletion according to the programme.
2. Manage specialist subcontractors.
3. Regularly report and attend meetings, demonstratingputer literacy.
4. Interact with the client and their representatives professionally and positively, representing thepany in a best practice setting.
5. Review and approve concisemissioning method statements.
6. Witness on-site testing and report findings.
7. Review andment on the quality of M&E installations during the installation phase.
8. Review andment on the design of services in relation to the specific discipline.
9. Manage trade contractors' obligations tomission and deliver specific services, in line with the scope of works.
10. Coordinate, integrate, and managemissioning/testing activities.
What you'll need to succeed
11. Industry-recognised qualification in Mechanical and/or Electrical installation/engineering.
12. Experience inmissioningmercial systems.
13. Previous experience as amissioning Manager.
14. Ability to understand systemplexities to ensure appropriate resource allocation and development.
15. Excellent teamwork skills.
16. Proficiency inputer software, particularly Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
17. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work through high volumes of information to resolve discrepancies.
18. Excellent interpersonal andmunication skills, with the ability to liaise with and advise staff at all levels.
19. Results-focused, striving to achieve personal goals and deadlines. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
20. Strong work ethic with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
21. Full UK driving licence.
