Weekly Rate: £500
Start Date: 13/04/2026
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Term-Time Only)

Long Term Futures are seeking a patient and experienced Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary academy in the Redditch area. This role involves providing 1:1 support to a Key Stage Two pupil with SEN (ASD & ADHD), helping them access learning and manage behaviour in line with their EHCP.
This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, and/or at least 12 months' experience in an educational setting
Experience supporting pupils with SEN, particularly ASD and ADHD
Experience managing challenging behaviour
Knowledge of the Key Stage Two curriculum
A calm, patient, and caring approach
Strong communication skills
A solid understanding of safeguarding and child protection
