Credit Control Assistant
Location: Enderby, Leicester
Full Time; Monday – Friday
Salary: £22,857 – £27,000 dependant on age and experience

About the Role
As our client’s Credit Control Assistant, you will play a key part in maintaining and improving their credit control processes. Your day-to-day will include:
6. Communicating with clients to chase upcoming and overdue payments.
7. Managing their accounts inbox and CRM records with great attention to detail.
8. Supporting the finance and cancellations teams.
9. Assisting with small claims and solicitor communications when needed.
10. Helping across administration duties during absences.
11. Ensuring excellent customer service and clear communication at every stage.

16. Basic IT/documentation skills.
Experience in credit control or accounts is great — but not essential. Full training will be provided!
