Our client is a leading independent healthcare provider specialising in NHS ophthalmology services, delivering high-quality care to patients across the UK. With a strong focus on improving outcomes and reducing waiting times, they are committed to providing excellent patient care and expanding access to vital treatments nationwide. The Role You will support a busy recruitment function, helping to attract, engage, and onboard talent across the business. Key responsibilities include: Posting job adverts and proactively sourcing candidates Searching CV databases and engaging candidates via LinkedIn Conducting telephone screenings Coordinating and supporting interviews (including note-taking) Managing candidate compliance and documentation Supporting recruitment campaigns and events This is a fast-paced, people-focused role ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and confident communicating at all levels. About You Previous recruitment or resourcing experience (agency or in-house) Strong communication and telephone skills Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Comfortable working with confidential information Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment Key Details Location: Bolton (BL1) Working pattern: 5 days onsite initially, reducing to 2 days onsite once established Hours: Flexible (8:00-4:00, 8:30-4:30, or 9:00-5:00) Pay rate: £13.85 per hour Start date: 28th May or 1st June Team size: Small, collaborative team environment JDRCC We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds.
