Our client offers a dynamic, merit-based environment where hard work and talent are recognised. You’ll work closely with senior clients, take ownership of key projects, and contribute directly to major transactions across the Aerospace & Defence sector.
What You’ll Do
* Lead the execution of cross-border M&A transactions (buy-side and sell-side), often under demanding timelines.
* Manage key workstreams on live deals from valuations and financial models to strategic analyses and client materials.
* Produce polished, persuasive deliverables including CIMs, pitch decks, proposals, and management presentations.
* Build and refine complex financial models.
* Mentor and guide junior team members.
* Engage directly with senior clients and investors, contributing to business development.
* Originate opportunities
