We’re looking for a Product Manager to help us build better products for customers, candidates, and internal teams.
This is a great role for someone who enjoys solving real problems, improving complex workflows, and working closely with others to turn ideas into practical product improvements.
What you’ll do
* Turn user and business needs into clear product plans
* Improve journeys across recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and workforce operations
* Prioritise what to build based on impact and business value
* Work closely with engineering and design to deliver product improvements
* Use data, feedback, and operational insight to guide decisions
* Use AI tools to quickly prototype ideas and explore solutions
We’re looking for someone who
* Has around 3–5 years’ experience in a product role
* Is confident working through ambiguity and complexity
* Can communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Is organised, practical, and outcome-focused
* Is comfortable using AI tools for prototyping and product thinking
