Job title: Production Team Leader
Salary: £33,000-35,000/annum with annual reviews
Location: Dover
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, straight days with an early finish on Fridays!
Production Team Leader Role:
To be responsible for managing and developing team members, and to continuously look for opportunities to improve quality, cost and delivery through the involvement and development of people.
You will only be considered if you live within a commutable distance to Dover and have full right to work with no time limitations.

Key responsibilities would be:
1. Oversee day to day operations of the production and assembly team.
2. Ensure products are being completed to business and customer standards and requirements.
3. Delegate tasks to team members based on their unique skills and strengths.
