Qualifications and /or
Experience
5 GCSEs (Grade A-C) including English Language or equivalent of higher educational standard or equivalent AND 1 years admin/clerical experience
OR
3 years admin/clerical experience

Knowledge
Knowledge of computer packages – word, excel and Outlook
Ability to set up and maintain effective filing systems
Maintenance of a diary, electronic and manual
Arranging meetings and taking minutes
Experience preparing a variety of documents including minutes, letters, reports and presentations
Provide examples of Diary Management experience
Provide examples of co-ordinating meetings and note taking
Provide examples of working with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Word and PARIS
