Senior Architect
Location: Oxford
Salary: £40-46,000
We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Architect with a passion for building conservation to join a friendly, RIBA-chartered practice in Oxford. With a strong focus on sustainability and historic buildings, this practice takes pride in revitalizing structures through innovative and thoughtful design.
As a Senior Architect, you will play a key role in preserving and enhancing historic buildings while leading projects from concept to completion. You should have substantial UK-based, post-Part 3 experience and ideally have experience managing a small team. Your design flair and technical expertise will be essential, along with strong knowledge of AutoCAD.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architect:
Member of ARB
Significant UK-based post Part 3 experience
Passion for building conservation
Managing a small team and developing their skills
Managing budgets and projects
Experience in contract management and contract administration
Knowledge of historic building conservation, maintenance and repair
Full, clean driving licence and access to a car
